On 14 July 2023 Kaily Chua, of Rodgers Reidy (Brisbane, Qld Office) was appointed Liquidator of Wolf 4 x 4 Pty Ltd (In Liquidation). 

Preliminary investigations are under way.  All parties identified as being owed money will be sent a Report to Creditors by email on 28 July 2023, if not earlier.  If you have not received correspondence from us by then, please contact us on 31 July 2023.

Any parties identified as holding a PPSR Registration, which may indicate that they hold an ownership interest in stock or other assets of the company, were contacted by email on 17 July 2023.  If you consider that you have a claim to assets currently in the company’s possession and have not received an email by the end of 17 July 2023, please email full details of your claim to Mr Jhett Comadira-Smith of this office on email [email protected] immediately.

As at 17 July 2023 it is not known to what extent, if any, ordinary unsecured creditors may receive a dividend from the company.  Accordingly, if you have paid for an item that you have not received it is suggested that in the first instance you contact your payment provider, e.g. credit card supplier/bank, payment platform etc, to see if a refund is available through them.
